Somebody is always watching

Chernarus did not end with a bang. It ended with a market, and everything since has been people deciding what they are willing to do to keep eating.

Green Mountain is the one neutral market, and the traders there are people rather than menus. Mother keeps you fed and stitched. Deacon deals arms. Otto fixes what you broke. Silk judges what you walked in wearing. Step back outside the line and the truce stops covering you.

Past that it is open ground. Hordes rise where the traffic is, and the siren is the only warning you get. Ash Company holds the airfield and the hard sites; they do not trade, they collect. The thing that finally kills you is as likely to be an infection you ignored as a round you never heard.

Being straight with you: this is not a PvE server. Outside the safe zones you can be shot, and bases can be raided around the clock. Losing everything you own is part of the game here, and it should sting.

What it should never be is rigged. Lose your kit to someone who outplayed you, not to a cheater, not to someone camping a trader exit, and not to a rule we invented after the fact. Safe zones are properly neutral. The rules are written down before you need them. Cheating is a permanent ban, first offence, no appeal.

What we care about

Fast moderation, no pay-to-win, and rules that are written down so nobody has to guess. Racism and hate speech get a permanent ban, same as cheating. Trash talk after a good fight is part of the game; harassment is not, and we can tell the difference.

The 100k start exists because nobody wants to spend their first two hours hunting for a can opener. The mod list is heavy because a session should never play out the same way twice. Both are there so you get to the part you actually enjoy faster, whatever that part is.

The Handler

There is a voice on the radio that knows who is holding and who is hunting. He does not take sides and he does not do favours. Do something worth repeating and the whole island hears your name by morning.
